The MEECO Institute™ is on schedule to be an inclusive community of organizations connected across the globe around our shared interests and our deep dedication to using a futurist mindset to tackle the world’s biggest challenges related to the management of talent.
The design includes having a think tank, research, and information/ resource sharing for exploring leadership, organizational culture, and the employee experience for the future. Our goal is to partner with universities worldwide to conduct leading-edge research in the area of workforce coaching and the management of talent.
