What we'd like to talk about
We would like to talk to someone about some best practices when creating an organizational chart. The organization has historically not had an operations director.
Additional context
and has outgrown the capacities of its homegrown clinic manager. We contract many functions out to a historical parent organization, but receive services of limited effectiveness, possibly due to the deep discount at which these services are provided. We are considering a new Operations Director and upgraded Clinic Manager positions.

The Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey Community Health Center, Inc. provides high quality, cost effective, culturally and linguistically appropriate primary and preventive healthcare. In partnership with our patients and consumer led board, we offer access to comprehensive services designed to eliminate health disparities and improve the quality of life within the communities of Monmouth County and the surrounding areas.
