What we need
  • Analysis of accounting needs and assessment of current accounting practices
  • Recommendations for process improvements and report generation
  • Recommendations for appropriate bookkeeping software and related costs (if necessary)
  • Implementation of chosen bookkeeping software (if necessary)
  • Training on data input and essential reports to generate
What we have in place
  • We currently have motivated staff, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the basics in place, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,039 , allowing us to reallocate scarce financial resources to other priorities.

The success of our organization depends on developing basic QuickBooks expertise. Without your help, we cannot implement QB for Nonprofits by April 30, 2017. Your skills will empower us to take our accounting to the next level.

What we do

Princeton in Latin America (PiLA) partners with NGOs and multilateral organizations to place highly qualified recent college graduates in yearlong service fellowships with nonprofit, public service, humanitarian, and government organizations with a social mission in Latin American and Caribbean. Placements emphasize the power of firsthand work experience to shape young people's attitudes and mobilize them to effect positive social change. PiLA enhances the mission of its partners by building their capacity to impact constructively the communities they serve, addressing the social, economic, and political barriers to egalitarian community development.
