I am the Governance Chair for the Sparta Education Foundation. We founded the SEF 10 years ago. Looking for a review of by-laws and policies.

Our mission
The SEF is a non-profit organization dedicated to engaging the entire community in philanthropic giving to promote academic excellence in the Sparta public schools and to supports our teachers, and inspires our students.

Michael was a great resource and took the time to look over the materials I sent to him. He also did a view of our website. He had some good suggestions that we can consider and I will report on our call at our next meeting of Trustees.
This was a great opportunity for me to learn about SEF and their mission. I had the opportunity to review their Strategy, By-Laws, etc and was able to offer my input. My feedback was very well received and this organization is on great footing and clearly does a lot of great work for the Sparta Schools Community. I have offered my help, if the need is out there for an additional resource for them.
