Project details

What we need
  • 1-2 page summary of takeaways and trends from interviewing key individuals (no more than 8 interviews total)
  • Identification of the board’s strengths and recommendations for areas of improvement for board members collectively and individually
Additional details

We need a someone with significant non-profit board experience to guide the transformation of our governance model from volunteer member-led to external board of directors. Small ($1.5 million) but strong emergency medical and rescue provider deeply respected and much appreciated by the community it has served since 1939.

What we have in place
  • We currently have members, supporters and former members willing to help, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have leadership that is committed to making changes, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,773 , allowing us to conserve funds, but more importantly move forward with fresh ideas from outside help on a critical initiative.

The success of our organization depends on creating a sustainable administrative structure. Without your help, we cannot gain consensus on how to prepare for the future. Your skills will empower us to ensure we stay as an independent agency for another 75 years.
