What we need
- A script for a 1-2 minute verbal pitch that communicates the mission and vision of the Organization, the work the Organization does, and why people should care
- Advice on pitch delivery and effective communication
What we have in place
- We currently have an elevator speech, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a brochure and support staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,429 , allowing us to have resources to recruit more volunteers.
The name of the organization does not clearly convey what we do. However, we cannot change the name because it has strong name recognition within the communities we serve.
We also serve the older population and so I need to have a talk that grabs their attention immediately because when I mention we serve people 65+ the reaction is not always enthusiastic.
