We would like to talk about recruiting community members to be on the board of trustees for our foundation --the Sparta Education Foundation.
Additional context
We are an all-volunteer board and we are seeking community members to commit their time and resources to further our goals. Wanting to learn best practices on recruiting activities and guidelines to new trustees, to grow our board.
