Board Recruitment Strategy
Board Recruitment Strategy
Project details
What we need
- Assessment of specific Organizational needs mapped to specific board roles
- Outline of ideal board structure and opportunities for new roles
- Candidate evaluation guide for prospective board members
- Marketing tools and guidance on how to execute recruitment
- Note: This project does not include actual board recruitment on the part of the Professional
What we have in place
- We currently have all of the materials and background information needed, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have historical information, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $12,550 , allowing us to market our offerings to a larger audience.
We have a Board comprised of too many individuals who are not involved to the degree they should be. They also do not provide the minimal required financial contribution. Our Board is necessary in order to ensure the success of the agency going forward. Without your help, we couldn't achieve that. Your efforts will help us to secure additional members who will work on our behalf in the communities we serve and among their spheres of influence.
