This project is

In Progress

Matched with:

Claudia R.

This project will save us $5,250, allowing us to spend more money towards the educational needs for the kids at the school.

What We Need

  • Development of a new website based on one of the available CMS website templates (such as Wordpress, Squarespace, or Drupal)
  • Training to ensure Organization's staff members can update content and manage the site post-launch.
  • Note: Only includes websites built on CMS based platforms. This is not a website from scratch.

How This Will Help

This project will change a page on our website that will make it more appealing, user friendly, and applicable to our current resources. Some of the links are outdated. Revamping this page will help users find more relevant information about the services we offer at the Graham School and Campus so that we can further help parents and kids find the resources they need and reach out to us effectively.

What We Have In Place

We currently have all of the content necessary for this project which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have two dedicated staff members ready to assist you or provide troubleshooting and the ability to provide any other information you need.

Fun Fact

Eliza Hamilton established Graham Windham as the first private orphanage in NYC in honor of her husband, Alexander. During the final song in the play Hamilton, Eliza sings that this was her proudest accomplishment.
211 years later, Graham Windham's mission to support kids and families lives on.

Our Mission

In full partnership with families and communities, Graham Windham strives to make a life-altering difference with children, youth and families affected by abuse, neglect and delinquency by providing each child we serve with a strong foundation for life: a safe, loving, permanent family and the opportunity and preparation to thrive in school and in the world.

What We Do

Eliza Hamilton established Graham Windham as the first private orphanage in New York City in honor of her husband, Alexander Hamilton. 211 years later, Graham Windham's mission to support kids and families lives on. Today, Graham serves more than 4,500 kids and their families. Most of these kids have had a tough start in life. But through their own strength and Graham's support -- whether through family counseling and treatment, or after school academic help, these kids can thrive into adulthood. Eliza's dream was to give every kid to get their shot -- that mission lives on today. #ElizasStory
