  • Recommendations for an appropriate course of action to reach the desired objectives, including allocation of resources and how to measure success
  • Plan outlining the resources and steps required to reach short- and long-term goals
What we have in place
  • We currently have 5-year financial projections, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an organizational structure document, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $14,860 , allowing us to direct this savings towards programming for underserved students.

The success of our organization depends on our ability to serve students in urban communities. Without your help, we cannot move forward in serving our students in a greater capacity. Your skills will empower us to expand and provide arts programming to more students.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with outline detailing current standing, strengths, weaknesses and competition, mission statement and vision, and overview of current strategies

  • Professional analyzes prep materials
  • Professional brainstorms with Volunteer Manager to better understand services, programs, activities, staffing and finances
  • Professional explores possibilities for new efforts, identifies opportunities, determines where change is possible and adjusts plans

  • Professional refines the Organization’s mission, vision and values (if necessary)

Our mission

Epitome of Soul, Inc. partners with community organizations to equip, empower, and encourage elementary and high school students to strive for academic excellence and cultural growth through the arts.

What we do

Epitome of Soul aims to create a platform in performing arts celebrating all varieties of music, dance, drama, theater and creative writing with the sole purpose of enriching the cultural dynamics of underserved school communities. Our primary initiative is to organize youth groups to undertake projects that benefit the community and encourage leadership, character, compassion, and good citizenship. In addition, help high school and college students further their education by providing financial assistance through scholarships.
