I would like to conduct a employee performance review with my only employee. She is not performing well and I would like to give her the opportunity to improve.
Additional context
I am not familiar with all the hiring and firing laws and would like direction on the process.

Our mission
SJCA's mission is to strengthen South Jersey's cultural community by connecting them to information, resources, and each other. SJCA envisions a region where individuals of all ages and backgrounds are engaged and enriched through arts, history, and culture, and where communities prosper through a creative economy.
What we do
SJCA extends membership benefits to all arts, culture, history, cultural community groups, and independent artists in each of the state's southern eight counties (Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean, and Salem). We are striving to represent the full spectrum of arts, culture, and history in our region and work towards a more equitable and inclusive South Jersey cultural community.
