What we need
- A review of Organization's communications goals and target audiences
- Identification of appropriate timeline and implementation approach based on goals and audience
- Messaging guidelines (with examples) based on audience and delivery methods
- Outline of necessary steps for implementation
What we have in place
- We currently have a team of volunteers and committed board, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a mission and vision, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to to dedicate resources to our programs.
JerseySTEM provides afterschool prorams to underserved girls in New Jersey.
For that we interact with internal and external stakeholders:
- Students
- Parents
- Host organziation
- Sponsors
- Voluteers
- Local Universities
We have a team of Campaign managers, Content producers and channel managers that are volunteering to help and we need to articulate a communication strategy/plan to ensure they are all aligned.

JerseySTEM is a grassroots 501(c) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math ("STEM") education to 5th-8th grade girls in New Jersey underserved communities
We partner with socially responsible companies and their employees, youth organizations in underserved communities, and civic-minded college students and universities.
Together we develop and deliver innovative, hands-on, and online afterschool projects and inquiry-based learning opportunities that develop teamwork, 21st-century problem-solving skills, and self-esteem.
What we do
Reduce the gender gap in STEM participation;
Bridge the innovation gap in STEM education by introducing novel formats for teaching Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math;
Address the opportunity gap by expanding access to STEM programs in underserved communities.
