What we need
  • A set of key metrics to regularly track
  • Spreadsheet tool to collect data on key metrics with accompanying tables and graphs for analysis
  • Training for best practices on data collection
  • Training on how to use the spreadsheet and analyze key metrics
  • Note: This project does not include data entry or analysis
What we have in place
  • We currently have a template that we use however it needs to be tweaked a bit, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have reports that capature however does not measure, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to focus on our core values and engage in capcity building in low income community.

The success of our organization depends on assisting low income & moderate income people in JC, NJ. Without your help, we cannot effectively reach or explain our goals. Your skills will empower us to allow us to improve and innovate a underserved population.

What we do

The Department of Finance-Jersey City(DOFJC) is responsible for safeguarding the fiscal integrity of the City of Jersey City through the development and implementation of sound financial policies and practices.

DOFJC is made up of a team of employees who's job is curated fiscal policy. It formulates revenue policies that will ensure funding of critical government programs that promote welfare among our people and accelerate economic growth and stability.

Operating through six divisions: Management and Budget, Collections, Treasury and Debt Management, Grant Administration, Accounts and Control and Purchasing.
