What We Need
  • A set of key metrics to regularly track
  • Spreadsheet tool to collect data on key metrics with accompanying tables and graphs for analysis
  • Training for best practices on data collection
  • Training on how to use the spreadsheet and analyze key metrics
  • Note: this does not include data entry or analysis of the data
What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a template that we use however it needs to be tweaked a bit, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have reports that capature however does not measure, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

The success of our organization depends on assisting low income & moderate income people in JC, NJ. Without your help, we cannot effectively reach or explain our goals. Your skills will empower us to allow us to improve and innovate a underserved population.

  • Professional comes up with a set of key metrics to track

To strengthen the community through our funding resources and opportunities on an annual basis.

What We Do

The Division of Community Development works in partnership with a wide range of public agencies, non-profit organizations, and developers to provide vital community programs and develop affordable housing opportunities. The Division is responsible for administering federal grant programs funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. The Division also assists in managing the City of Jersey City’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund and plays a key role in the Mayor’s Quality of Life Task Force
