We'd like feedback on a Marketing Plan RFP that we will be releasing. Specifically, we'd like help on the content of the RFP (project description) and not the RFP design (timeline, procedure, etc).

Our mission

HEART formed in 2003 as a 501(c)(3) to raise capital from public and private sources to address critical housing needs in San Mateo County.

What we do

HEART is a nonprofit public/private partnership among the county, the cities, and business communities dedicated to increasing the supply of affordable housing by providing financing for the acquisition, construction and rehabilitation of affordable and workforce housing in San Mateo County.

HEART's work includes providing housing advisory services to cities, school districts and other potential affordable housing developers.

HEART also manages a first-time homebuyer loan program for moderate-income households.
