Logo Design & Visual Brand Identity
Logo Design & Visual Brand Identity
Project details
What we need
- Consultation regarding the Organization's current branding and desired branding objectives
- Visual branding guidelines / style guide that include specific colors, fonts, and other graphic design elements to use in print and digital communications materials
- High-resolution logo delivered electronically (in formats for digital and print use)
What we have in place
- We currently have existing logos and marketing materials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have photo and event archives, jpgs, pngs, and vector images, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to redirect resources to help fund school trips from under-served schools in southern New Jersey.
Our current logo is very dated. We have a stylized script for our organizations name, but that does not mesh with the old logo. We have a separate brewery onsite with a fresh new logo and we would like to develop something similar in style yet distinct. This new logo would appear on our website, Facebook page and other online and print marketing materials, helping to provide a fresh look for a new generation of visitors
Project plan
Our mission
Historic Cold Spring Village is a non-profit educational institution established as an Early American open-air living history museum. Its purpose is three-fold: historic preservation, history education and heritage tourism. This is accomplished by promoting New Jersey history through extensive programs utilizing the architecture, lifestyles, arts, history and culture found in a rural South Jersey village during the early to mid-19th century. The Village endeavors to provide visitors with an understanding of their cultural heritage through a personal encounter with the past.
What we do
We are an open air living history museum consisting of 27 historic buildings including homes, shops, barns and a one room schoolhouse. The buildings were moved here from around Cape May and Cumberland Counties to recreate village life in rural Southern New Jersey from around 1789 to 1840. The Village is located on 30 acres including a working organic farm. During the summer months, historically clothed interpreters demonstrate Early American trades and crafts including blacksmithing, pottery, printing, basket weaving, and more. In the off-season we work with schools from around New Jersey and the rest of the United States providing field trips and distance learning opportunities for students of all age groups.
