Grant Template
Grant Template
Project details
What we need
- Grant Template outlining the Organization’s mission, strategic plan, activities and budget
- Tips and suggestions on customizing Grant Template for specific grants
Additional details
Assistance in formulating the most "grant-worthy" elements of the program for specific granting institutions, e.g., the Energy Foundation, Fund for New Jersey, etc. We are currently seeking corporate sponsorships, government support, and in-kind contributions from multiple stakeholders, and looking to build an independent administrative platform to serve the PACE industry in NJ.
What we have in place
- We currently have a 50-page implementation strategy document, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have several web sites, information sheets, and other materials, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,140 , allowing us to Be in a position to raise the $200,000+ we need to make this program successful.
Standing up an entire new industry from scratch is not an opportunity that comes along every day, but that's what Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing represents. It's designed to assist the massive shift we need to make in our built environment to a more resilient, energy efficient, and renewable energy future. It's also a major economic development opportunity, especially for an older industrial state such as NJ that has actually lagged behind in economic growth, and that needs a massive reinvestment in its commercial and industrial infrastructure, to bring it in line with the needs of the 21st century.

Our mission
Our mission, stated simply, is to assist communities in dealing with the impacts of climate change -- with education on issues that can affect their long term ability to regenerate their ecological and economic systems, to provide local government institutions with advice and assistance, and to provide small businesses and non-profit organizations with financial resources to mitigate climate change, especially in LMI areas.
What we do
In addition to our two primary programs -- PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) and alternative Regenerative Financing models, which are designed to provide flexible and attractive clean energy financing -- we have been extensively involved in efforts to develop new eco-communities, devise a global monetary policy and complementary currency for climate mitigation, and develop local green cooperatives to assist communities with creating greater economic resilience. We are currently a fiscal sponsor to three of these programs, and provide additional support in a variety of ways, including assistance with web sites, grant applications, fundraising, etc.
