What we have in place
- We currently have a strong, active Governance Committee, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a strategic plan & a vision, mission, and value statement, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,395 , allowing us to put that money towards art programs that reach students who might not otherwise have access to art classes or who may never have visited a museum before.
The success of our organization depends on a strong board. Our board governance committee has had difficulty developing a solid board recruitment process on its own. Your skills will put in place some best practices empowering us to recruit diverse board members who care about our mission & have the skills our board needs.
