What we need
- A compelling narrative, or set of stories
- Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
- Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
- Note: This project is not intended to support your general content planning or marketing but there are several projects in our Marketing & Communications category which are a good fit!
Additional details
Island Scholars has had a very successful four years. We have offered scholarships to 41 students and 8 students have graduated from college. As the organization has grown, so has our need for fundraising. We need help on marketing our organization and telling a compelling story. We especially need help with our social media platforms.
What we have in place
- We currently have a committed founder and president, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a very knowledgeable volunteer, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to We are a small organization. The more money we save on administration, the more scholarships we can provide. We are all volunteers.
We have been soliciting the same group of donors for the last four years. Our communication is becoming repetive. We want to reach a broader audience and create fresh comunication.
