What we need
- Analysis of accounting needs and assessment of Organization’s current accounting practices
- Recommendations for process improvements for enhanced reporting
- Recommendations on appropriate bookkeeping system such as a spreadsheet or Quickbooks and related costs (if necessary)
- Note: This does not include accounting systems set up or implementation
What we have in place
- We currently have Google spreadsheets and Quickbooks online, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have several years of past budget information, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,994 , allowing us to offer more low-fee and scholarships to clients and/or allow our programs to focus more on quality, and less on budgetary restrictions and/or offer higher wages and health benefits to our employees
As a quickly growing organization, some financial support would be a big help, to make sure our systems are running as efficiently as possible, and helping us to achieve financial stability.

Our mission
Seeds of Awareness mission is to transform schools and communities by cultivating empathy, connection and support. We value racial and social equity and aim to empower disadvantaged communities and people of color by focusing a majority of our services in these communities.
What we do
We implement counseling and mentorship programs in schools, teach social emotional learning in the classrooms, and provide mindfulness-based community counseling offering and nature-based social skills groups to our local communities. Additionally, we are sharing our expertise with community and business trainings in mindfulness .
