- An effective and concise document that covers the following: Mission and Vision Statement, Executive Summary, Products, Programs, and Services, Target Market, Marketing Plan, Industry and Competitive Analysis, Financials, Organizational Structure, Management Team/Role of Board, Your Offering, Appendix, etc.
- An internal guide to align day-to-day operations and goals
- A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies
What we have in place
- We currently have our concept written, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff available, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $15,028 , allowing us to reinvest those dollars in our after school program,
Helps us to use this as a guide to develop all of our new programs. It becomes the guiding compass and template to launch and evaluate all of our programs. This project also helps us to diversify our funding stream so we are not heavily relying on grants and allows us to employ work at home moms and artists of color.

Our mission
Camden Rep uses the arts for social empowerment, to encourage, heal and transform the lives of people in Camden NJ. Camden Rep provides a hub of safety and creative expression in the midst of endemic underemployment and undereducation; maintains strong ties and deep roots in the community; offers first-class performing arts to Camden residents; develops artists, arts administrators, and arts educators of color; and serves as a beacon of urban revitalization to end Camden's cycles of poverty.
