What we need
  • A professionally designed annual report, up to 20 pages, with print-ready specifications
Additional details

We need to communicate not just our activities, but our accomplishments during the past year. We would like to show the residents that their funds are being well spent. Lastly, we want to educate community leaders and influential decision makers about our work on important issues.

What we have in place
  • We currently have template that we follow, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have formal report that highlights actitivies funded per year, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to engage in the community more

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual branding guidelines, finalized copy, and any additional content to be included in annual report
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of previous annual reports with Professional (if any)

Milestone 1: Brainstorming
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the story the Organization wants to tell and brainstorm how key data can be highlighted and visualized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Annual Report Design & Feedback
  • Professional creates a preliminary design and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback
  • Repeat feedback process (if necessary)

What we do

The Department of Finance-Jersey City(DOFJC) is responsible for safeguarding the fiscal integrity of the City of Jersey City through the development and implementation of sound financial policies and practices.

DOFJC is made up of a team of employees who's job is curated fiscal policy. It formulates revenue policies that will ensure funding of critical government programs that promote welfare among our people and accelerate economic growth and stability.

Operating through six divisions: Management and Budget, Collections, Treasury and Debt Management, Grant Administration, Accounts and Control and Purchasing.
