What we need
  • Designs for a predetermined number of marketing or communications materials such as invitations, email designs, graphics for social media, digital flyers, presentation design, and signage
  • Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing

Hello-
We are seeking a designer to help us create materials for a Broadway Show Tunes fundraiser for our organization that will take place in the Fall. Assets will include a lawn sign, digital ads, and poster/flyer. Looking forward to collaborating on this fun project! Our artist museum is located in New Jersey.

What we have in place
  • We currently have logo images and event details (time, place, location, cost, etc.) Performer names to be confirmed with a week.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to focus on our endowment campaign to save this historic building.

Proceeds raised will help support our vision to provide one of the most singular cultural experiences in Ocean County, NJ. The Museum Board and volunteers are committed to continuing John F. Peto's legacy by providing a first-class arts and cultural heritage experience to the people of New Jersey and beyond.

  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for print materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo, and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager provides images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares event branding guidelines (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Preliminary Concepts
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional drafts print material designs, incorporating feedback from Volunteer Manager into the agreed upon final deliverable

Milestone 3: Final Draft
  • Professional delivers final design versions in desired electronic format
  • Professional provides guidance on printing specifications (colors, size, etc.)

The mission of the John F. Peto Studio Museum is the preservation of the John F. Peto legacy by maintaining his house and studio as a working museum, fostering educational opportunities in history and the arts, and serving as a partner in the community.

Background
John Frederick Peto is recognized by the art world as an American master of the trompe l'oeil or "fool the eye" school of still-life painting. The Studio Museum is dedicated to preserving the legacy of the artist, and celebrating the history of his life, family and work.
