Project details

What we need
  • 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
  • Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details

As the new CFO of a well established nonprofit organization, I need to polish my leadership skills to help me navigate the complexities of the organization's culture and very different working styles from what I've been used to in my past experiences. Besides having a new CFO, the organization also has created a new position on the leadership team and hired a well seasoned and experienced COO. We are working on addressing the challenges of these and would like some help on how to better do it.

What we have in place
  • We currently have our organization's website and our strategic plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a lot of history in our town and surrounding areas, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to use allocate our resources to grow our programs in a better and more robust way.

This project will help us work together as a team in a shorter period of time and to focus our energy and efforts on servicing our community through our programs.

CFO

Leadership Coaching Project

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Cornerstone Family Programs, specifically in the executive coaching of its CFO, Ana Prado. I am excited at the possibilities and potential for positive change that I sense from having worked with her. She's a great client with the kind of leadership qualities that could create a positive impact for the people she leads, collaborates and works with. I look forward to working with them again if the opportunity arises!
