Project details

What we need
  • A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
  • Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
What we have in place
  • We currently have Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the data fields we wish to incorporate, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,757 , allowing us to allocate those funds saved towards programs and services for women and children.

Currently our social services department is using several spreadsheets to track client data. We would like to assistance in setting up Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack(cloud) to keep all our client case information in one place such as, demographics, health, employment and housing information.
