What we need

  • Candidate evaluation guide for prospective board members, including suggested vetting questions and timeline
  • Marketing tools and guidance on how to execute recruitment
  • Note: This project does not include actual board recruitment on the part of the Professional
Additional details

We would also appreciate if the volunteer could help with drafting the Board guidelines to help guide Board members with some structure or best practices.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a business plan and pitch deck, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a website with additional info about our work and goals, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,942 , allowing us to reach our strategic goals faster and grow our impact quicker.

We're in the process of recruiting a Board that can support our mission and helps us reach our goals. We need some basic guidelines and board recruitment plan to help with reaching out to potential members and help with on-boarding them. Having these tasks completed will be an enormous boost to reaching our goals and will enable to actually attract the right people.
