Project details

What we need
  • A well written, meaningful thank you letter (no more than 1,000 words or standard two-page letter) that effectively communicates how the donation has helped the Organization
Additional details

CUMAC's thank you letter for financial donations could use a new voice! We are in need of a letter that is: (1) focused on the donor's impact ("YOU made a difference!), (2) shares an inspiring story, factoid or update from our work, and (3) concisely fits a 1-page template (leaving space for a header, address, and footer).

What we have in place
  • We currently have example letters, stories, statistics, and program write-ups, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have full time director of development on hand to support you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to provide the equivalent of 4,280 healthy meals to families and individuals who would otherwise go hungry!

CUMAC is extremely excited to transition our flagship food pantry into a Healthy Choice Marketplace this year. It will provide healthy food, nutrition education, access to medical screenings, and other forms of support that will help clients to overcome hunger and related health issues (diabetes, hypertension, and obesity, for example). We are excited to work with you to thank donors for the donations that makes it possible and to inspire people to continue to support our work!
