What we need
  • Analysis of 1 set of survey data that is already at hand
  • Summary of key findings from survey data

Analysis of pre and post camp surveys from students, parents and teen leaders.

What we have in place
  • We currently have survey data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have two great volunteers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to grow

This will help us demonstrate our impact and access more funding

Prep: Review Data
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the survey results to be analyzed and provides context of survey and explains response format that was chosen for the survey
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the goal in mind when the survey was created and what insights would help serve the Organization

Milestone 1: First Round of Analysis
  • Professional reviews the results and and selects most appropriate analysis type based on data (i.e. nominal, ordinal, or interval data)
  • Professional conducts first round of analysis
  • Professional connects with Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session based on first analysis
  • Professional implements feedback

Milestone 2: Second Round of Analysis
  • Professional conducts second round of analysis and highlights most important findings
  • Professional connects with Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session based on second analysis

The Institute of Music for Children enhances artistic expression and appreciation in New Jersey youth by offering economically accessible, high-quality arts training in a creative and nurturing environment.

The Institute strives to broaden participation in the arts among underserved communities through tuition assistance, bi-lingual staff and marketing, and urban outreach initiatives.

Guided by its vision of H.A.R.M.O.N.Y. - Helping Achieve Responsible, Motivated, Optimistic, Neighborhood Youth - the Institute is building a community of high-achieving citizens who are arts lovers and arts makers through professional instruction, mentorship, and family engagement.

Survey Results Analysis Project
