We are in need of an experienced board to help with fundraising ideas.

What we have in place
  • We have an inexperienced board made up of volunteers. We have a mission statement . We would like to recruit board members who have experience in helping non for profits. We have potential, we don't have the knowledge or direction.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,822 , allowing us to Feed, care for, and re-home at risk horses.

We think an experienced board would be key factor in helping us grow and continue our mission of saving and re-homing horses and keeping them safe and out of the slaughter house pipeline.

Our mission

South Jersey Horse Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit horse rescue and rehabilitation facility. Our mission is to provide a loving sanctuary to abandoned, neglected, abused and slaughter bound horses.

What we do

We evaluate and rehabilitate when needed and then re-home the horses we rescue. We do have some permanent residents, but strive to adopt out as many animals as possible to loving forever homes. We are 100% volunteer run and operate solely on donations.
