Project details

What we need
  • 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
  • Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details

I am a senior level employee that leads individuals, as well as committees. I would like to re-examine, review and hopefully reinvigorate my skills to become a stronger and well respected leader.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Myself committed to you, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Email and phone communication, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to Manage people, processes much more effectively and maximize employee, volunteer and donor retention.

The majority of resources are devoted to the program side of the organization. We do not receive any professional development in my department.
