What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
We are looking to create an annual appeal letter to go out to our donor list in mid to late November. We have traditionally used a "holiday card" approach along with a donation envelope, but have head that a more traditional appeal letter may be more effective.
What we have in place
- I can provide copies of the last 2 appeal cards that we have sent out any additional information needed, including pictures of a few of the children in our nursery program.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to provide additional services to the babies with hearing loss in our program.
Last year's annual appeal revenue goal was $12,000 (paying for approximately 2 babies to be in our program for 1 year). This year we would love to see closer to $15,000 in revenue, our donor revenue has decreased recently.
