What we need
- A well written, meaningful thank you letter (no more than 1,000 words or standard two-page letter) that effectively communicates how the donation has helped the Organization

This is a thank-you for volunteers-- who have donated their time.
We are lucky to have over 2,500 volunteers in 2019 that gave over 26,000 hours of time to our organization. We are looking for a letter to thank individuals and groups ranging from girl scouts to corporate offices. It may not be a one-size fit all thank you so we will work with you to break it into pieces to tailor to their volunteer effort.
What we have in place
- We currently have ideas, photos, enthusiasm, and wide communication streams, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,240 , allowing us to hire to volunteer coordinator to oversee this the implementation of this campaign.
We get bogged down with moving onto the next project without adequately thanking people for their past efforts. As we move into April and volunteer week we want to strengthen our volunteer commitment.
