What we'd like to talk about
We had to postpone our fundraiser which was a theatre performance, we would like to brainstorm ideas to have a virtual fundraising event so we can raise funds for this current fiscal year.
Additional context
Our fundraiser was scheduled for April 4th, we already had a number of sponsors and individuals who bought tickets for the event. We need to strategize how to speak to each donor to see if we can keep the money and to offer a virtual event. We also have a number of silent auction items, which we perhaps could integrate into the event. Main thing is we don't want to miss the opportunity to raise more money now as we desperately need the funds we were counting on.
