What we need
- Assessment of Organization’s current CRM practices with recommendations on improvements such as setup, maintenance, integrations with other systems, and insights reporting
- Recommendations on a new CRM system and related costs (if necessary) such as Airtable, Bloomerang, Kindful, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or Salsa CRM
- Note: This project does not include implementation of recommended CRM platform. For a project to advise and implement an entire system, try our Customer Database (CRM) Setup project
Additional details
We have a very simple excel spreadsheet we use for our donor information and tracking. We need a more comprehensive and effective system but we are not sure what direction to go in. We will ask you to please sign an NDA before we can share private and confidential information.
What we have in place
- We currently have the excel sheet we have been using for many years, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have all donor information along with a 25 year history, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,315 , allowing us to direct more of our resources to our primary efforts and providing for those struggling. We especially could use this money in supporting our COVID-19 initiatives.
This project will allow us to more easily and effectively track our donors both in-kind and $$$ so communication and planning is more accurate and efficient.

Our mission
Flames of Giving provides gifts for those in need during life's special moments. We have been doing this work for almost 29 years. Over 35,000 gifts have been provided to underserved and struggling people bringing hope and happiness to each person during challenging times. We also provide everyday basics like diapers, clothing, coats and grocery gift cards for food to those who are financially struggling and are going through difficult times. "One small gift.
