What we need
  • An expert evaluation of the Organization’s website compared against usability best practices in order to assess an optimal user-friendly and intuitive layout.
  • Note: This project does not include feedback on website content - only usability
Additional details

We are trying to create the best website possible and need to evaluate where we are right now. We want our website to provide the best experience possible for our visitors.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a website up and running, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a targt audience and content goals, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,665 , allowing us to direct more of our resources to our primary efforts and providing for those struggling. We especially could use this money in supporting our COVID-19 initiatives.

We have only volunteers who run our organization so all $$$ donated go directly to our recipients and programs. We have limited time and resources and our website has to be as strong and effective as possible. We have no one who is strong in the technology field so much of what we do is trial and error. We could use some professional advice on making our website as effective as possible. We will ask you to please sign an NDA before we can share private and confidential information.

Flames of Giving provides gifts for those in need during life's special moments. We have been doing this work for almost 29 years. Over 35,000 gifts have been provided to underserved and struggling people bringing hope and happiness to each person during challenging times. We also provide everyday basics like diapers, clothing, coats and grocery gift cards for food to those who are financially struggling and are going through difficult times. "One small gift.
