What we need
- 3-5 one hour consulting sessions covering topics like run of show, tech requirements, menu planning, etc.
- Written summary and/or notes on plans and best practices for topics discussed (e.g., a document outlining the sequence timing, content, logistics, and programming for an upcoming event)

HomeSharing has 2-3 events for 2021, most are virtual, we are hoping to have a live event in the fall, but Covid-19 infectiion rates will determine any live event. We need these events to be further define for our marketing committee, project plan and managed until start.
What we have in place
- We currently have 3 virtual events identified, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the lead person on the Development committee to help, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to hire an additional social worker to work with homeowners and renters with matching and help with issues that may arise during the rental period.
We lack a project plan manager to help the Development Committee plan out events
