Board Prospecting
Board Prospecting
Project details
What we need
- Assessment of current donors, volunteers, beneficiaries and other constituents to pinpoint people who are interested in serving your Organization
- Informal staff and board interviews to survey potential connections and/or leads
- A document of up to ten pages that lists potential board members based upon your Organization's data and current audiences
- Note: The Professional will not be communicating with prospective board members.
Additional details
Ideally, we would gain 2-3 board members through this process.
What we have in place
- We currently have data on patrons and donors, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have time to answer questions, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,198 , allowing us to purchase a subscription to Network for Good and recover from pandemic financial shortfalls.
Board has term limits and we need assistance identifying suitable prospects in the business community.

Our mission
Founded in 2008, Music at Bunker Hill brings great performers to the heart of southern New Jersey, enhancing the cultural life of our community by preserving the tradition of classical music while exploring other musical genres. With outreach concerts in public schools, our artists inspire the next generation with their passion for the arts and standards of excellence. Our goal is to make great music affordable, accessible, and appealing to as many people as possible. Music at Bunker Hill's partnering with Art-Reach Philadelphia helps bring the arts to underserved audiences in the region.
