What we need
  • Ongoing technological advisory for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
  • Support may include: tools set up and implementation, systems auditing, process updates
  • Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.

We have a Zoom PRO account and we have trouble with assigning breakout rooms before a meeting. We can't ever seem to get the lists to populate and are always having a long awkward pause as we manually try to put people into rooms. We can't seem to get a tech person on the phone to help us so we would really appreciate some Zoom expertise!

What we have in place
  • We currently have someone who runs our zooms who is familiar with the technolo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have examples of what we have done in the past, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,355 , allowing us to fund more research and support patients through our programs!

Our mission is to help to educate patients and caregivers about this rare disease. Webinars allow us to reach people who are disabled and cannot come to our patient meetings and also allow them to have access to experts in their disease they may never have access to in their local communities. Zoom is our main communications platform for these webinars.

  • Volunteer and Volunteer Manager align on the scope of ongoing support that the Volunteer will provide to address this need

Step 1: Ongoing Support
  • Volunteer delivers ongoing support according to determined outline
  • Weekly check-ins to ensure support is being offered as agreed upon by both parties

Step 2: Training & Offboarding
  • Volunteer provides any relevant training to the Volunteer Manager to help them continue work, as necessary, after 4 weeks
