Social Media Set Up
Social Media Set Up
Project details
What we need
- Setup of professional social media profile(s) consistent with the Organization’s brand messaging in platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, etc.
- Training for the Organization’s staff on how to manage social media account(s)
Additional details
Our Facebook account was set up more than a decade ago by a previous employee. At this point, current employees all have Admin access, but no one knows the email or password associated with the original account. I can't live stream events to our page and would LOVE to get things straightened out so that we can use FB, Insta, Twitter, and LinkedIn more effectively. I have tried reclaiming the page but FB makes that VERY hard to do! I am a staff of 1 and need help!
What we have in place
- We currently have social media accounts established, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have focused audience and content ideas, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to reach more artists, organizations, and community cultural groups in the South Jersey cultural community.
This project is important because as a small staff with a limited budget, social media is one of the primary ways we reach our members and audience. Not being able to stream events to our Facebook page and not having a plan that helps us work with all the social media platforms effectively and engagingly is a challenge for us.
Project plan
Our mission
SJCA's mission is to strengthen South Jersey's cultural community by connecting them to information, resources, and each other. SJCA envisions a region where individuals of all ages and backgrounds are engaged and enriched through arts, history, and culture, and where communities prosper through a creative economy.
What we do
SJCA extends membership benefits to all arts, culture, history, cultural community groups, and independent artists in each of the state's southern eight counties (Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean, and Salem). We are striving to represent the full spectrum of arts, culture, and history in our region and work towards a more equitable and inclusive South Jersey cultural community.
