What did New Jersey Harm Reduction Coalition need?

Laura helped New Jersey Harm Reduction Coalition bring marketing materials to life with a compelling visual or a custom illustration that conveys the defining characteristics of their organization.

Why is this project important?

We are a unique organization in so many ways - between working statewide, advocating for and offering direct supports to promote the health and rights of people who use drugs, and striving to reflect the diversity and beauty of our state. An illustration can speak a thousand words, they say, and we'd love an illustration for the new website we are designing!

This project will save us $4,212, allowing us to convey our message and ethos visually while prioritizing funds to be used directly for harm reduction kits and supplies!

About New Jersey Harm Reduction Coalition

We promote harm reduction by distributing naloxone, fentanyl test strips, and other harm reduction supplies through peer-led programs; advocating for syringe access expansion and equitable drug policy reform; and organizing to build power among people directly harmed by overdose and the War on Drugs.

We work in coalition (which we define as "coming together for combined action") to advance the safety and dignity of people who use drugs, and to make evidence-based harm reduction public health resources widely available in New Jersey.
