We're a small training group doing online anti-racism workshops. We want to develop a marketing/outreach plan by year-end to increase the number of registrants for our workshops. How to do this?
We're small. We do anti-racism training workshops, now online. In the last 18 months we've undergoing a strategic process of team building, upgrading systems, adding expertise, and sharpening our analysis. The national awakening to racial justice concerns this summer led to a hugh wave of workshop registrations. As we anticipated, this wave has diminished, but we have a pool of funds in the low 4 figures that we can put into marketing/outreach. Our goal is to average 50+ registrants in each of our monthly workshops over the next 18 months beginning January 2021. We have some volunteers willing to help, although their enthusiasm may need to be directed into a time-limited campaign of several weeks (but not necessarily months). So we want a plan in place that makes best use of our resources, financial and human. How do we develop that plan?
