What we need
- Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
- Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details
JerseySTEM 200 person org has been using Google Workspace for /Non Profit since 2013.
We need additional support for fine tuning / supporting integration projects with other SaaS applications such as Slack, Jira, Salesforce, etc...
What we have in place
- We currently have an establish Workspace Instance, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a System Administrator handling the day-to-day, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,296 , allowing us to provide instruction for an additional 30 students
GWS is a the heart of our organization and allows us to maintain a functioning support group that enables the execution of programs for the kids we serve

JerseySTEM is a grassroots 501(c) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math ("STEM") education to 5th-8th grade girls in New Jersey underserved communities
We partner with socially responsible companies and their employees, youth organizations in underserved communities, and civic-minded college students and universities.
Together we develop and deliver innovative, hands-on, and online afterschool projects and inquiry-based learning opportunities that develop teamwork, 21st-century problem-solving skills, and self-esteem.
What we do
Reduce the gender gap in STEM participation;
Bridge the innovation gap in STEM education by introducing novel formats for teaching Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math;
Address the opportunity gap by expanding access to STEM programs in underserved communities.
