What we'd like to talk about
We would like to talk about a time-reporting system with a simple UX that we can use to help our volunteers record case hours.
Additional context
Volunteers need to record hours on a monthly basis. We want to send something bi-monthly that helps them stay on track. Current reporting document is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bmWB03PzUypv-yFMjYZrPm0ZlLTG886ay3-2Wp2iLw4/edit?usp=sharing
Ideally: a volunteer receives i.e. an email, checks off number of hours spent, and sends back to case supervisor.
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.
Our mission
Our mission is to speak up for the best interests of children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect. We recruit, train, and supervise community volunteers who provide a voice in court to assure each child a safe, permanent, and nurturing home.
What we do
Our organization will provide resources, programs, and mentoring to enable the success of the children and youth we serve as they reach permanency and/or age out of the foster care system.
