What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

It would be great for the Executive Director to have a mentor in this area of expertise.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a facebook fan page, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a new logo and brand, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to use the funds for programs.

Our current employee handbook is out dated and almost 10 years old. We're currently under funded, as most small non profits tend to be, and our Executive Director requires guidance with implementing an updated handbook. We have inserted our information into a template provided by our insurance broker. We are at your mercy and can email the document yesterday! Thank you!
