We would like to talk about the best place to start in creating a business plan for our organization.
Additional context
Rutgers Community Health Center is a new Federally Qualified Health Center and we serve the in low-income, undeserved communities of Newark, NJ. We have a public housing designation. So we are starting from scratch in creating this business plan. We want to focus on a business plan then marketing plan.
