Identify Success Metrics
Identify Success Metrics
Project details
What we need
- A set of success metrics for the Organization's program such as key performance indicators and secondary performance indicators
- Guidelines on how to measure success metrics, how often to measure them, and how to present metrics to internal and external stakeholders
What we have in place
- We are in the design evaluation, initial implementation, program analysis phase. It is a very exciting time for us. We have a password protected website that has all the module components populated for easy access and review. We are receptive to all suggestions and instructions.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,930 , allowing us to stay on the task of improving and updating the project regularly. We would see your donation of time as a downpayment on a continuing, paying, working relationship as well.
All interventions are only as good as their effectiveness and effectiveness has to be measurable for it to be valid. For the past 10 years our founder has had the purest of intentions speaking at hundreds of student assemblies about drug resistance and positive thinking. However there was no evidence basis to support his work, so he has funded the development of a program that merges and mimics existing evidence based model. His program is called Back to the Classroom. Having BTC analyzed for validity would give our organization a higher sense of purpose knowing our work is valid.
Project plan
Our mission
To reach youth and young adults through motivational speaking, life-sharing seminars, and interactive curriculum in order to:
Provide youth with real-life examples of negative consequences that resulted from making poor decisions.
Impact the minds of youth to steer their lives in positive ways and encourage them to make positive life choices.
Give kids the ability to develop a sense of understanding about the positive and negative choices in their lives.
Reduce the number of youth who end up in the criminal justice system due to making poor decisions.
What we do
Our teams travel to schools and recovery centers across the country speaking and presenting interactive skits on bullying, core values, and substance abuse resistance. We also have developed a curriculum that guides students, teacher, and parent conversations on substance abuse through the school year through our calendared module activities.
Testimonials
Michael was prompt and professional. He is a great communicator. I found he was very helpful developing administrative strategies. We believe he has helped us establish an effective system to measure the effectiveness of our program. Thank you.
Cecelia was extremely helpful. She was readily available to answer any questions I had and provided me with many materials that helped to further develop the project. It is obvious that she is passionate about her work and she is making a positive impact on young people across the country.
