Marketing Strategy
Marketing Strategy
Project details
What we need
- A written summary of the Organization's marketing goals and target audiences
- A list of key marketing channels that will yield the highest return on investment, with rationale
- Specific tactics the Organization can use to leverage the identified marketing channels
- Messaging guidelines for the channels identified, including specific key messages (if needed)
- A summary of the key metrics for evaluating marketing effectiveness, and guidance on how to track metrics over time
What we have in place
- We currently have a brand with a message shown through the logo and the colors. We have been working on social media and have had limited success. We are good at following suggestions and have some volunteers willing to do copy.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,198 , allowing us to use the funds to start programs to keep children safe. We are new and grassroots so all help is heroic.
As a new nonprofit (or for purpose) agency it is imperative to our success that the community is aware, engaged and involved in our organization. For us to be able to fund our programs we need the community to join our mission. We also need the families in crisis to know we are there to help. Without this awareness we won't reach potential clients or future heroes.

Our mission
Mission
Pinwheel Place will provide a safe place for children in crisis. We will provide residential care and coordinate medical and/or psychological services according to the needs of the child. We will service primarily children from birth to five years old.
What we do
Pinwheel Place will provide a safe haven for children in crisis. We will provide residential care and coordinate medical and psychological services according to the needs of the child. We will service children from birth to five years of age who are referred from local agencies or by their parents. Most groups working with those in crisis realize that the devastation resulting from these factors impacts individuals, families and often whole communities for generations. Food insecurity, homelessness, inability to access health services and threats of emotional trauma are moment to moment concerns. If we are to help children deal with these issues we need to know that any kind of development will not happen while you are still in crisis, so for any intervention to be effective it has to address safety and well being first. The children will come to us because they are not safe, so first and foremost we will be a crisis shelter for children at risk. A plan of service will be developed for both the child and the parents. We will work with local agencies to provide services for the parents so they can reduce the risk factors that could cause the abuse and neglect in the future. The children will stay as long as needed.
