The MEECO Institute™ was formed in August 2016 as a 501C3 non-profit in the area of education. The design includes having a think tank, research, and information/ resource sharing for exploring leadership, organizational culture, and the employee experience for the future. Our goal is to partner with universities worldwide to conduct leading-edge research in the area of workforce coaching and the management of talent.
