What we need
  • Description of event concept and programming
  • Recommendations and research on venue, catering, and other vendors needed
  • Timeline for preparation and outline of team roles & responsibilities
  • Recommendations on pre- and post-event communications
  • Detailed day-of-event schedule
  • Note: This project does not include on-site event coordination or support on the day of the event. Related projects that may be completed in parallel are the Event Vendor Selection project, the Event Publicity Plan project, and the Event Budget Plan project
What we have in place
  • We currently have last year's event checklist, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have budgets, outlines, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to dedicate these funds to run our student programming.

The success of our organization depends on our ability to execute our upcoming Holiday Gala efficiently. Without your help, we cannot organize and strategize how we'd like to achieve our $ goals. Your skills will empower us to think strategically & approach this year's event differently.

Our mission

Epitome of Soul, Inc. partners with community organizations to equip, empower, and encourage elementary and high school students to strive for academic excellence and cultural growth through the arts.

What we do

Epitome of Soul aims to create a platform in performing arts celebrating all varieties of music, dance, drama, theater and creative writing with the sole purpose of enriching the cultural dynamics of underserved school communities. Our primary initiative is to organize youth groups to undertake projects that benefit the community and encourage leadership, character, compassion, and good citizenship. In addition, help high school and college students further their education by providing financial assistance through scholarships.
