What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
What we have in place
- We currently have a team of salesforce volunteers who need to be managed, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have business units that these salsforce implementations will service, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to focus on teaching the kids.
JerseySTEM provides underserved girls with STEM afterschool classes with th help of 3 stakeholders:
- Corporate donors
- Colleges to recruit volunteers
- Communities to enlist hosts
Data exists today in separate spreadsheets, constantcontact, etc...
We need help migrating to Salesforce.

JerseySTEM is a grassroots 501(c) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math ("STEM") education to 5th-8th grade girls in New Jersey underserved communities
We partner with socially responsible companies and their employees, youth organizations in underserved communities, and civic-minded college students and universities.
Together we develop and deliver innovative, hands-on, and online afterschool projects and inquiry-based learning opportunities that develop teamwork, 21st-century problem-solving skills, and self-esteem.
What we do
Reduce the gender gap in STEM participation;
Bridge the innovation gap in STEM education by introducing novel formats for teaching Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math;
Address the opportunity gap by expanding access to STEM programs in underserved communities.
